PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of West Hampton Dunes acting as the Planning Board of the Village of West Hampton Dunes will conduct a public hearing on the following application on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. at 914 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York (virtual link to be provided on Village of West Hampton Dunes website or by contacting Village of West Hampton Dunes (631) 288-6571 or clerk@whdunes.org).

Public hearing on a proposed subdivision application for the merger of the two lots 738 Dune Road and 742 Dune Road into one lot and then the subdivision of that merged lot into three lots. Each of the three proposed lots conforms to the minimum lot area requirement of 40,000 square feet. The owners currently have an application before the Zoning Board of Appeals for variances for minimum lot width, minimum total side yards and minimum side yard for each of the lots that is scheduled for public hearing on May 10, 2024 at 7 p.m. `at 914 Dune Road, Village of West Hampton Dunes.
A copy of the proposed site plan last updated on April 14, 2024 is on the Village of West Hampton Dunes website and a copy of the application may be viewed at the Village of West Hampton Dunes office at 4 Arthur Avenue, Westhampton Beach, New York.
The Board of Trustees-Planning Board will hear such other matters as may properly come before the Board of Trustees-Planning Board.
