INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF WEST HAMPTON DUNES NOTICE OF FILING OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL & NOTICE OF ANNUAL TAX GRIEVANCE DAY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Assessor of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes, has completed and filed the Tentative Real Property Assessment Roll for the Tax Year 2034/2024 at the office of the Village Clerk on February 1, 2023. It is available for public review at the Village Office located at 4 Arthur Street, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m until Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The Board of Review will meet to hear complaints in relation to assessments on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Village office located at 4 Arthur St. Westhampton Beach, NY between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

At this time any owner of real property, or the owner’s representative, may appear before the Board of Assessment Review to contest or grieve their 2023-2024 Real Property Assessment.
