NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS
FOR A FORD F250 OR EQUIVALENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of West Hampton Dunes is hereby requesting sealed bids only for the purchase of a new model year 2022 or equivalent.

VEHICLE BID MUST BE IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY ONLY as follows:
2022 Ford F 250 Body Type F 250 4X4 SD- R/C, Oxford White, with Knapheide service body and western commercial snow plow- all of the above or equivalent. Must be available for immediate delivery.

Bid specifications and information may be obtained by email to clerk@whdunes.org or by calling the Village Clerk, Village of West Hampton Dunes, during regular business hours of 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. beginning 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Bids will be accepted by email to clerk@whdunes.org or by sealed bids in an envelope marked “West Hampton Dunes Ford F 250 or Equivalent” sent by mail or delivered to the Village office located at 4 Arthur Street, P. O. Box 728, Westhampton Beach, New York 11978 to be received by 3:30 p.m. on Thursday August 17, 2023 at which time all properly received bids will be opened.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that each submitted Bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. The Bid Documents may also be received by email by contacting the Village Clerk at (631) 288-6571. Bids will not be accepted by email.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all Bids, to waive any informality in the Bids and to accept the Bid which is deemed by the Board of Trustees in their sole discretion to be most favorable to the interests of the Village of West Hampton Dunes.
