Due to the extremely wet spring and early summer, we have been beseiged with a multitude of mosquitoes and other assorted insects. All residents can help rid our village of this infestation by calling Suffolk County Vector Control, which is responsible for controlling mosquito infestations that are of public health importance. So please call this number, 852-4270, and call often. Give them your address, that the area is infested with mosquitoes and that you have not seen anyone spraying.
