PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Assessor of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes has completed and filed the Tentative Real Property Assessment Roll for the Tax Year 2024/2025 at the office of the Village Clerk on February 1, 2024. It is available for public review at the Village Office located at 4 Arthur Street, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. until Tuesday, February 20, 2024. The Board of Review will meet to hear complaints in relation to assessments on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the Village office located at 4 Arthur St. Westhampton Beach, NY between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
At this time any owner of real property, or the owner’s representative, may appear before the Board of Assessment Review to contest or grieve their 2024-2025 Real Property Assessment.
